Creamy Chanterelle Pasta
ingredients:
Fresh chanterelle mushrooms
Pasta of your choice
Butter
Garlic, minced
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cleaned and sliced chanterelle mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and tender.
Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss in the cooked pasta, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Stir until the pasta is well coated, adding reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy the magic of chanterelles!
